European region. Routine children’s vaccination programs underway in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia will protect over 2 million children and adolescents. Mass immunization campaigns (Azerbaijan 2006; Armenia 2007; Georgia 2008) will protect nearly 5 million children, adolescents and young adults.
